A good reply,
one click away
Click Show a suggestion on a DM or comment. Ravex drafts a reply from what you've taught it, in your voice, and shows its sources. You decide what gets sent.
"Hi Maya! Yes, we have oat milk for all coffees at no extra charge, and on Sundays we're open from 8:30 to 16:00. See you soon!"
From question to reply, with you at the end
Every suggestion follows the same steps, and you see each one.
A question comes in
Maya asks on Instagram whether you have oat milk and if you're open Sunday morning.
Your knowledge is searched
When you click Show a suggestion, Ravex searches your business info, Q&A, files and website for the facts.
Written in your voice, with sources
The reply follows your brand profile and guidance and lists the sources it used.
Edit, send or skip
Use it as is, change a word or write your own. Nothing is sent until you press send.
Ravex learns what's missing
When a question isn't covered, the suggestion says so. Ravex can propose a new Q&A (a suggested answer) for you to accept, edit or decline.
"Hi Maya! Yes, we have oat milk for all coffees at no extra charge, and on Sundays we're open from 8:30 to 16:00. See you soon!"
Ravex proposed adding a new Q&A answer: "Can I book the back room?"
Teach it once, use it everywhere
The same knowledge powers your reply suggestions and your posts. You choose what's used for each.
Use Ask as a customer to see how Ravex answers before a real customer asks. Test questions are free.
Built to stay honest
Suggestions only help when they're right. These guardrails are built in.
Sources with every suggestion
See which Q&A, file or page a reply came from.
Says when it doesn't know
If your knowledge doesn't cover a question, the suggestion is labelled "not covered" and recommends that a person answers.
Stays on your business
Suggestions stick to your business and your knowledge.
DMs and comments
Works on Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram DMs, and on Instagram and Facebook comments.
Your voice
Brand profile and guidance cards shape the tone of every suggestion.
Never sent by itself
Suggestions appear only when you click. Automatic replies may come later as an optional add-on.
