A post counts as 'with image' when Ravex generates or edits an image for it. A post that uses your own photo as is, or a brand text card, costs 2 like a text post.
Example: 1,000 credits cover 400 reply suggestions and 40 AI posts with images.

What are AI credits?
Credits pay for AI work. A reply suggestion uses 1 credit, a text post or caption rewrite 2, an image regenerate 10 and an AI post with an image 15. Test questions, knowledge import and your brand profile are free. Starter includes 1,000 credits a month, Growth 3,000 and Pro 8,000.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset each billing month. Credit packs are different: they're used after your monthly credits run out and stay valid for 12 months after purchase.
What counts as a channel?
Each connected account counts as one channel, for example an Instagram account or a Facebook Page. Starter includes 1, Growth 3 and Pro 8. You can add more on any plan for $8 a month each ($80 a year on annual plans).
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI actions pause and Ravex offers to add 1,000 credits for $10 or to upgrade. Your inbox and publishing keep working, so you can still reply and approve posts yourself. We warn you at 80% and at 100% of your credits.
Can I change plans?
Yes. When you upgrade, the change applies right away and you get the extra credits for the current month. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. When you downgrade or go over a limit, you choose which channels, seats, campaigns and knowledge to keep. The rest is paused, not deleted.
How do I cancel?
A workspace admin can cancel from the billing page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. After that you can still log in and read your workspace, but connecting channels, inviting people and AI features stop until you choose a plan again.
What is a knowledge page?
Each website page, Q&A, business info field or file you add counts as one page. A whole file counts as one page, however long it is. Starter includes 50, Growth 200 and Pro 1,000.
How do I get access?
Ravex is in closed beta and sign-up is by invitation. Email hi@ravex.ai and we'll send you an invite.
Does Ravex ever send messages or publish posts by itself?
No. Reply suggestions appear only when you click Show a suggestion, and you send them yourself. AI posts are drafts until a person approves them. Automatic replies may come later as an optional paid add-on.
What happens to my data and how is AI used?
Images in your media library go to an AI image model only if you switch on "Use with AI" for that image (it's off by default), and your logo is never sent to an image model. Saving customer media to your library is off by default, and a workspace setting controls whether AI may read customer media.
